Martin Hubinger is the owner of the REALISM development company that, through the activity of specialised companies, covers the basic segment of the real estate business - the development of land, project management, building construction and asset management.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Czech Police Academy. He has experience from the Czech branch of a renowned international law firm. Before founding the REALISM group, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and he spent four years in Malaysia as the Deputy Head of Mission.

Specialisation within IRQ

In IRQ, Martin Hubinger is oriented on the specifics of investment issues related to real estate, to transactions and to the appreciation of projects in the fund’s properties.
